How pricing works
Junk removal is priced by how much room it takes up in our trailer, plus any special items. Send us a few photos by text and we'll give you a price before we load anything. No surprise charges once we're there.

Some items carry an added disposal fee, like mattresses, tires, and appliances. We'll tell you up front.
How it works

- Get a price before we start.
- We load and haul it. You point, we lift. We sweep up when we're done.
What we can't take
For safety reasons we don't haul hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, fuel, chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos, or medical waste. If you're not sure about an item, just ask.
Pair it with a cleaning
Clearing out junk is often the first step before a good cleaning. While we're there we can also take care of:
- House washing once the clutter is gone from around the house
- Driveway and concrete cleaning after the garage or driveway is cleared
- Gutter cleaning before the wet season hits

Junk removal FAQ
Do I need to be home? Not always. If the items are outside, in a carport, or in an open garage, we can pick them up while you're out once the price is set.
Do I have to carry anything out? No. We do the lifting and loading.
What happens to the junk? It goes to a licensed transfer station or recycling facility. Items that are still usable can be donated when it makes sense.
How fast can you come out? It depends on the week. Send photos and we'll get back to you promptly with a price and the next open time.
